Fees & Payment
The total cost of handling a criminal matter is dependent upon the difficulty and complexity of the case itself. Your initial consultation will help us determine the best course of action and what those fees might be.
I charge block fees and do not charge hourly rates. This means you will be charged one flat fee for the entirety of your case, from beginning to end. There won’t be surprise fees for photocopying, making phone calls, meetings with Crown Attorneys and Judges, etc.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept most major credits cards and many popular transfer methods. We also accept Cash, Cheque, and Money Orders. Partial payment must be made up front to initiate service.
